Cu map editor.
Uite de aici il iei: http://forum.sa-mp.com/showthread.php?t=28280, ar fi ok sa donwloadezi OLD THREAD si in arhiva o sa iti apara file-urile care trb sa le pui in folderul GTA SA, si dupa doar intri pe aplicatia editor.exe si de acolo incepi si faci. In rest cum adaugi obiecte etc. poti cauta pe net ca tutoriale, oricum e simplu.
Anyway draguta mapa.
